Growth media division – any us based location - full time
We are looking for a seasoned srEmail specialist, growth media with client-facing experience to join our growing teamWhile we`d love for the top candidate to commute into one of our regional offices, we are open to fill this position in a full-time remote role for the right candidate.
This position will work closely with other email srSpecialists and with our ir500 clients to develop advanced retention/email programsThis role will be hands-on in developing email logic, analyzing performance metrics, monitoring deliverability, and will be responsible for managing expectations with clients as well as internal teams.

Essential functions:
Lead 10+ accounts on email marketing strategy while delegating tasks to coordinators
Implement key divisional projects across applicable accounts
Provide key analysis and recommendations for new and existing client email capture, series, triggers and automations
Analyze data and kpi metrics in regards to campaign health and optimizations
Daily use of klaviyo and justuno as primary esp and email capture tools
Analyze and provide recommendations (if necessary) on client email list health and segmentation strategy
Provide assistance and key recommendations for any deliverability issues that arise with key email providers
Mentor coordinators on client relationship building and technical skills

Requirements:
2+ years email strategy experience and ownership: have experience developing and/or managing strategic email initiatives either client-side at an enterprise brand, or agency-side.
2+ year in ecommerce or with retail brands.
Client-facing: be able to navigate complex client needs and diverse personalities
Ability to dive in and find answers to questions that may not yet be documented
Advanced email strategy experience: have experience developing and/or managing strategic email initiatives, either client-side or via an agency.
Advanced understanding of email deliverability
Strong analytical skills
Strong project/time management skills
Deep understanding of the latest trends/challenges/capabilities in the email marketing space
2+ years experience with mid to high volume email marketing campaigns
