Dispatch calls to tow trucks via dispatch software.
Have a professional and clear voice over the phone.
Have a professional, friendly, and calming attitude when dealing with customers, law enforcement, and insurance companies.
Possess the ability to multi-task under pressure
Good computer skills.
Ability to follow direction and adhere to company procedures under high pressure
