Overview
Tonal is looking for developers with experience in the digital healthcare marketThis is a key area of focus for tonal, and a major opportunity to help design and build a new product line.
What you will do
Design and develop services in our platform that drive everything from media distribution to analytics on the largest and most advanced fitness data set in the world
Engage in requirements gathering, technical specifications, and the design and development of complex systems
Work and interact with cross-functional teams including software engineering, firmware, hardware, manufacturing, and content to define apis and workflows
Partner with and mentor more junior members of the team
Participate in the active development of an evolving consumer-oriented product
Who you are
B.sOr m.sComputer science5+ years experience in architecting and developing software solutions
Proficient in golang or you are an experienced engineer with in-depth knowledge of other programming languages such as rust, c++, java, or python
Extensive experience with rdbms, ideally postgres & nosql datastores
Experienced with healthcare data standards, such as hl7’s fast healthcare interoperability resources (fhir) standards
Track record of designing and implementing models for efficiently storing and retrieving data
Experienced designing, developing and documenting restful apis
Experienced building highly scalable distributed systems with micro services; ideally deployed in docker containers on kubernetes
Excellent verbal and written communicator
Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment in the healthcare industry
Extra credit
Experience with media processing, transcoding, and streaming
Experience with aws and cloud-native solutions
Experience with android development
Experience with flutter development
