Requirements (what we’re looking for):
Workday talent management certification (required)
2+ years as a workday talent consultant with a workday partner (required)
Experience implementing workday talent configurations for customers of all sizes
Ability to autonomously lead talent workstream through all project phases (discovery-production)
Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of workday talent solutions according to customer requirements
Ability to travel 25-45%
Responsibilities (what you’ll do):
Join our fast-growing workday hcm team in providing clients with workday talent designs, configuration, testing, implementations as well as recommending best practices related to client requests
Manage resources and lead workday talent workstreams in fast-paced implementations
Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your project manager involved in changes or progress related to the project
Act as a mentor to other consultants, including providing support for shadow assignments
Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows
Travel 25%-45% at client request
