Requirements (what we’re looking for):
Workday consulting or project management experience
Self-starter comfortable taking lead on initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams
Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facility with excel and powerpoint
Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities (what you’ll do):
Responsible for coordinating all project resources and staffing for workday and adaptive planning implementation and post production projects
Make informed business decisions based on resource utilization data and past statistics
Strategic workforce planning and allocation
Maintain key external resource partnerships
Partner with executive leadership and sales while providing frequent key decision-making information
