Total expert is looking for a mid-level copywriter to join the digital content marketing teamIn this role, you will work with sales, product marketing, and others to create automated, pre-built marketing assets for total expert customers to use in the platformThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who craves creativity and the ability to work at a quickly growing company.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop clear, concise, grammatically correct copy
Conduct thorough customer research and interviews
Source images and other content
Partner with senior digital content manager to create content strategy
Responsible for writing content, including by not limited to email campaigns, newsletters, sales support material, social media posts, call scripts, landing pages and short, punchy headlines
Collaborate cross-functionally to share ideas, from large creative concepts to improving everyday processes
Manage multiple projects and aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, english or journalism
3+ years of experience
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Solid knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
Proven ability to research and develop meaningful content from a quick concept or idea with little direction
Experience cultivating a deep understanding of the relationship between creative and conversion
Real estate/title/mortgage banking industry experience is a plus
Experience working for a saas organization is a plus
