About the job:
The firm is currently seeking to hire a california licensed litigation attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experienceOur firm represents nonprofits, as well as volunteers, donors, members, and professional fundraisers in various litigation and administrative mattersTypical matters include: board governance disputes, member derivative suits, misappropriation of charitable assets, wrongful membership terminations, election violations, self-dealing and breach of fiduciary duty actions, employment defense and breach of contract.
