The Role
Call to potential customers & follow up to close the sales.
Provide an excellent service during and after sales
Maintain customer portfolio through regular and methodological follow-ups.
Work closely with Sales team.
The Candidates
Must be Result oriented and can do attitude.
Fluency in Sinhala is must and English & Tamil would be an advantage.
You must have minimum 1-year experience in Call Centre 0r Telemarketing or Telesales or Customer Care.
Excellent communication skill in English
Able to work in a pressurized environment
