Job description
Theâ¯technical recruiter will work with our business relationship managers and account manager to fulfill recruiting needs for our clients.
Responsibilities:
The contract recruiter will join our team part time for different projects and ongoing opportunitiesWe support customers such as disa, dhs, dot, doe, hhs, non profits, and other private organizationsYou will never be boredWe will broaden your strengths and develop your weaknessesYou will have resources you need alongside a highly performing and supportive team.
Duties and responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for candidate phone screens and quality submissions that make it to our client
Format and edit submissions to match and meet clients` recommendations
Collaborate with the team for any questions and follow up needed for candidates
Update recruiting and project trackers daily to remain current
Attend recruiting meetings and trainings
Qualifications:
Two (2) to four (4+) years of recruiting experience
Ability to use an ats and provide weekly recruiting updates to leadership
Interdepartmental collaboration and agility in deliverables
Microsoft office suite proficiency
Wifi access (you will receive a monthly stipend)
Working phone (we will provide your phone number)
