What we need
We’re looking for a director of marketing to join our team as the voice of the transactly brandYou’ll be responsible for developing, creating, and overseeing our short and long term marketing campaigns in addition to managing overall content and engagement.
This role can be fully remote
What you’ll do
Create both written and video content and distribute
Manage ads (fb ppc, google/bing/linkedin ppc)
Oversee social media engagement
Promote and manage our affiliate marketing campaigns
Create monthly reports on our campaign’s performance
Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including personnel
Communicate with leadership on goals and results
What you have
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in marketing or related field
Experience with the real estate industry highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in email marketing, lead generation, and seo
Emerging knowledge of social media best practices, platforms, and trends
Experience with ad platforms such as facebook and/or google, and has a deep understanding of things like “audiences”, “pixels”, and “retargeting”
Exceptional writing and content creation skills
A keen eye for graphic and video design
