What you`ll do
Conduct the full-cycle recruiting process- sourcing, screening, assessing, and facilitating the hiring process
Duties and responsibilities
Achieve assigned field management/corporate staffing targets.
Assist in the staffing of new locations.
Support the staffing of hourly employees and mits.
Participate in strategic and operational projects as requested.
Communicate frequently with the hiring management team.
Establish solid relationships with primary candidate sources.
Recruit at job fairs, colleges, and technical schools as requested.
Utilize all sourcing tools that are available.
Perform all required steps in the management recruiting process including the use of formal interview guides, assessments, facilitating job offers, and required background checks and drug tests.
Ensure full compliance to company policy regarding assessments, background checks, and relocation policy.
What we`d like to see
2-4 years of recruiting experience preferredDeveloped communication and negotiation skills required with ability to work with all levels of employees.
Requires extensive sitting, viewing and utilizing computer equipment, keyboarding, listening and speaking with telephone equipment, walking and occasionally lifting 10 to 40 lbsField travel required via automobile and/or airplaneWhile not traveling, position has no exposure to adverse working conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
