You`ll be working on
Design, develop and document application test strategies, test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
Create, implement and maintain test coverage.
Work with product managers to define the project`s testing methodology and manage the test execution for small to large sized projects.
Prioritize testing tasks, scenarios and test cases and track and report on testing activities.
Conduct exploratory testing on applications during development.
Follow the overall qa process improvements to ensure consistency and standardization across product lines.
Work in a collaborative, quality focused role in agile development teams to shape tread’s product offerings.
You should have
3+ years of experience in a software testing capacity in a saas environment.
Experience in a fast-paced project environment, working under agile or scrum paradigm.
Working directly with product and engineering teams to understand/review requirements, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Experience testing in both web and mobile applications
Experience in functional, integration, system, security, performance, regression, load and user acceptance testing using manual or automated testing techniques, preferably using exploratory testing methodology
Able to debug defects through the use of various error monitoring tools
Experience collaborating with other engineers
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills with ability to formulate solutions for complex problems
Knowledge of quality assurance tools, ticketing software, and project management tools such as jira
Able to discuss quality challenges with our product managers and make improvements
Familiarity with cypress automation is an great asset
