We are looking for an inbound lead generation specialist to assist with converting warm, inbound leads into clients who are ready to buy their next home with an agent from our real estate brokerageThis specialist is responsible for qualifying incoming leads and following up with existing leads until the point that they are ready to see a home for sale or speak with one of our agents**no cold calling!**

Flexible scheduleRequires 4 hours of work per day but the candidate is free to fit those hours in when most convenient
No cold callingYou will be reaching out to people who have given us their contact information and will be more welcoming of your call.
After an initial training period at our blue ash office, candidate can work from home.
After 1 year, bonus will be paid on top of hourly rate for production

Roles and responsibilities
Lead qualification
Contact and qualify inbound leads acquired from online websites, portals, facebook ads, open houses, postcards, flyers, etc.
Segregating leads into qualified and unqualified and feeding them into your crm for appropriate follow up
Following up / conversion and closing
Convert unqualified leads into qualified ones by addressing their needs (ieIntroduce them to a lender, send them listing alerts, send them market reports)
Answer follow up questions and other queries from past leads
Follow up with past clients to solicit referrals
Follow up with agents about leads assigned to them
Provide reports on successes and suggestions on areas for improvement
Manage treo database (real geeks)
Lead generation & management
Manage facebook ads
Create and update lead magnets (free reports, lists, etc)
Track the metrics of lead conversion
Consult with marketing director on best practices for conversion optimization
Desired skills

Should be an effective verbal and written communicator
Comfortable with making calls and/or sending text messages throughout the day
Should be self motivated and goal oriented
Energetic, problem solver, and friendly
An ability to handle rejections gracefully
Exceptional organizational skills
Should understand the sales process and company services
Good understanding of crms, drip campaigns, etc.
Works with our agents and marketing department to maximize efficiency
*experience in real geeks, ring central or other database management is a definite plus!
