Real estate closer
Are you a title industry professional looking for new challenges? do you prefer to be fully remote and work on a flexible schedule? are you comfortable wearing multiple hats, and enjoy being the lead closer? we are a group of real estate investors searching for a new team member to take the lead on closing our deals.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting due diligence on deals
Communicating with sellers, title companies, hoa`s, and county representatives
Walking deals through escrow
Reviewing title commitments
Thinking creatively to piece deals together and to close deals
Requirements: minimum 3 years working for title/escrow company or real estate law practiceStrong software and technical aptitudeComfortable working fully remote via softwareBecause applicant will be communicating with folks at government and title company offices across the united states, applicants on mountain time and central time may be a best fit if applicant wants to work during normal business hours.
Test: applicant will be asked to perform due diligence on an example real estate deal.
Compensation: competitive compensation based on experience
