Trustpoint.one is supporting a leading financial institution in their search for an attorney with strong marketing experience for a long-term (8 months) remote contract positionThe marketing attorney will have the opportunity to support and provide legal advice to various internal business lines with duties that include:
Esign
Digital marketing
Advertising
Promotions, sweepstakes and contests
Review and approval of social media standards
Consumer protection including udapp
The qualified marketing attorney will have at least 5+ years of experience working with ftc obligations, consents and both fair lending and truth in lending, ideally from a law firm or other financial institutionMust be a member, in good standing, of at least one us state bar.
This position offers a traditional monday through friday work week and a fully remote work environment.
