Trustpoint.one has partnered with a boutique law firm, located in tennessee, in their search for an experienced securities attorney who can assist with an upcoming litigationThis 3+ month contract role will provide integral support for a team that is preparing for trialThe qualified securities attorney must have strong experience handling broker-dealer matters, finra experience, customer complaints and retail experience form either the plaintiff or defense sideThe role will entail securities arbitration work, legal research and analysis and brief drafting in addition to the possibility of trial attendance with the team.
The idea securities attorney will have in-house securities experience, ideally from a broker dealer or extensive experience practicing securities law from a law firmThis position offers the opportunity for remote workAll qualified attorneys must be admitted, in good standing, to the bar in which the work will be performed40 hours per week; competitive hourly compensation offered.
