Job description
Position highlights
Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects
Assigned projects may be general or systems related in natureInterfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with business line needs
May provide training for new business line controls to support issues prevention, when needed
Responsible for delivery of business line deliverables tied to error resolution and/or improvement opportunities.
Basic qualifications
Bachelor`s degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred skills and experience
Manage multiple projects to defined timelines(s)
Fundamental knowledge of credit card regulations is a plus
Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and isolate problems; analyze information and deliver optimal solutions to resolve current and prevent future issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master`s degree preferred
