We are seeking a talent acquisition r ecruiter 3 to join the contact center recruiting teamOur team sources, recruits and helps onboard customer service and collections team members for tos, payments and cbb operations, service, and collections centers across the u.sBank footprint as well as remote/telecommute roles across the countryThis recruiter will be responsible for the recruiting efforts for multiple sites around the country for one line of businessRelationship building and cross collaborating with our line of business leaders is a key function in this positionContact center hiring is high-volume, high-energy, process-driven and fast-paced - and we love it! many of the roles we fill are entry level; we help our lines of business bring people into the bank that have an opportunity to grow their career here.
What to expect:
Team communication and collaboration: our team resides across the u.sBank footprint, so we are a virtual teamWe have several main avenues of communication on our team, including teams chat groups, sharepoint, weekly meetings and huddles, and weekly 1:1s with managers.
Peer support: recruiters have a recruiting buddy from day 1, and there are optional best practice discussion calls weekly.
Focus on development : in the first 1+ year in role, this recruiter will focus on building effective time management and calendaring skills, efficiency with processes, understanding the candidate funnel and fallout between sourcing and start, as well as various recruiting fundamentals including behavioral based interviewing, diverse candidate sourcing, offer negotiation, and u.sBank’s employee value proposition, networking, and personal/professional brandingThere is an opportunity for cross-training between markets and lines of business as well as team project participation to build skillsets.

Responsibilities:
Support business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions
Identify candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while identifying the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools
Drive recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner
Demonstrate a commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate
Display behaviors and attitudes consistent with u.sBank purpose and core values
Basic qualifications
Bachelor`s degree, or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of recruiting experience.
Preferred skills/experience
Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
Excellent customer service skills
Strong project management skills
Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Intermediate computer skills, especially microsoft office applications and applicant tracking systems
