What we’re looking for:
Education and certifications
Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a four-year degree in data analytics, supply chain management, mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering
Six sigma yellow belt; green belt preferred
Experience
5 years of progressive experience in the transportation industry; preferred
At least 2 years of experience turning enterprise-wide data into decision-making information
Knowledge, skills, and certifications
Excellent time management and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong data modeling development skills
Understanding of analytical concepts and statistical techniques
Understanding and application of big data principles with ai and ml
Understanding of dot requirements and regulations
Proficiency with statistical software (r, spss, sas)
Proficiency with sql language (mysql, ms sql)
Proficiency with microsoft products (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, access, power bi)
Work environment / physical requirements – normal office settings.
