A manager in training (mit) will be trained on the various responsibilities and functions of a store managerThey will learn to help develop strategies and objectives toward driving store sales and profitability, hiring, firing, motivating, coaching, training, and communicating with store associatesThey will learn how to accomplish these objectives by being placed within various store locations to observe all the different aspects of this position.
