Summary
This position is part of the office of the secretary of interior, office of natural resources revenue, information & data management, data displayOne position will be filled in one of the following locations.
Salary for each location:
Lakewood, co - $119,384 to $155,196

Responsibilities
Advance the state of onrr`s digital services to the public, including: database/data management, front/back end development, forward-thinking development principles, delivering digital products and services in a user-focused environment.
Facilitating the delivery of services using a variety of technologies and/or technical concepts including some or all of the following; reactjs, materialui, graphql and/or gatsbyjs.
Deliver code that?s easy to deploy, update, and monitor by ensuring that the necessary tooling is present early in the project development cycle or by introducing tooling into an existing project.
Drive and implement technology solutions in product delivery, agile development methodologies, and open source software development.
Work within a cross-functional, multidisciplinary, agile team by participating in constructive discussions, code reviews, feature prioritization, openly sharing knowledge, and demonstrating value for technical and non-technical contributions.
Apply forward-thinking development principles to product development, delivering digital products and services in an incremental, user-focused environment.
Analyze and scope the technical and policy requirements needed to implement complex digital solutions; providing advice and participating in strategic planning for such implementation.
Develop and provide expert advice on the adoption of government-wide standards for digital services, leading to their adoption across citizen and business-facing government service.

Qualifications
At the gs-14 level, you must meet the following qualification:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the gs-13 levelSpecialized experience is that which has equipped the applicant with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filledSpecialized experience for this position includes but is not limited to: open source software development, agile development methodologies, delivering code that is easy to deploy, update and monitorFacilitate the delivery of services using a variety of technologies and/or technical concepts including some or all of the following; reactjs, materialui, graphql and/or gatsbyjsParticipate as a multi-faceted member of a cross-functional team performing database management, front and/or back end development, and maintaining a content management system.
