Graphic designer & media production specialist – audio/video location: ada, michigan regular hours: monday – friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm status: full-time, permanent remote: hybrid/flex remote work arrangements available based upon eligibility & policy requirements; position not open to 100% remote the graphic designer & media production specialist is a member of the marketing team that supports corporate initiatives and advisor servicesThis role plays an integral part in creating, editing, and designing videos, podcasts, and print/digital marketing collateralThis individual will work with collaboratively with the marketing team to provide cohesive messaging to attract and retain advisors as we help them build and grow their financial advisory practicesThis role is ideal for an individual looking for creative challenges and to flex different creative musclesThe marketing team at usa financial is set-up as an in-house agency, supporting both advisors that have their own unique brands and the usa financial corporate brandThis allows for some unique design projects and the opportunity to build out custom brandingResponsibilities:
Managing, designing, and delivering marketing communication materials for both usa financial and our affiliated independent financial advisors.
Editing and production of corporate promotional videos.
Occasional video shooting and still camera shots.
Podcast recording, editing, and production.
Produce and/or update compelling designs (print/digital/video) that support the client experience.
Occasional media consulting to aid our financial advisor network in basic video blog production.
Posting media to social media platforms.
Qualifications & requirements:
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated success in all aspects of marketing collateral design and media production.
Strong understanding of social media platforms.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a team.
Proficient in graphic design and video/audio software package through adobe creative suite.
Microsoft office suite experience.
Attention to detail and strong follow-thru skills.
Must be able to demonstrate creative experience through portfolio of work samples.
Position may be suitable for highly qualified recent college graduate.
Preferred skills (or willingness to learn):
General working knowledge of html (ability to code not necessary).
Aftereffects software.
General photography skills.
