Back to work / returnship training program for women on sabbatical – scrum master (placement included)

Training details – 2 weeks of scrum basics, 2 weeks of certification prep & 8 weeks of work on a live project as a scrum master
*facilitate scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) *
* find methods to effectively help the product owner manage the product backlog remove impediments by coordinating meetings and following up
Manage relationships and communicate with key stakeholders, including leadership prepare reports and updates as needed
Collaborative and team oriented brings insightful thoughts into the business
Good at receiving feedback and interested in personal growth/development - big focus on learning
Comfortable with asking questions and learning the `why` behind things instead of just being a task master communication requirements
Individual must be able to communicate to all levels of employees
Good at relationship building and communicating 1:1 as well as with groups
Strong presentation skills or interest in building presentation skills with leadership technical requirements
Minimum of 6 -10 years of sdlc experience in a role such as project management, process improvement, scrum master, or business analyst or tech lead or a tester.
Bachelor`s degree, preferably in technology * computer literate - strong microsoft excel, powerpoint, work and outlook skills; jira/confluence skills a bonus *
* experience in financial domain / mortgage / risk management or healthcare would be a plus
