Unishippers is seeking full-time entry level shipping consultants in the business to business sectorAs the largest and fastest growing 3rd party logistics company in the us and the only company partnered with ups small parcel we are focused on business development and are seeking candidates who are driven, competitive, hard-working and have a strong desire to win.
Shipping consultants do three things daily:
1Prospect for new business (this does include cold calling)
2Run business meetings
3Activate new accounts
Requirements:
Demonstrating a winning positive mental attitude
Achieving sales goals and development standards required to attain the next level of career advancement
Communicating articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings
Professionalism, energy, motivation, positive attitude, enthusiasm and integrity
Outstanding collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
Professional written (including email etiquette) , verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
Technology and computer skills a must, especially in ms office.
0-5 years business-to-business, outside sales and cold calling/canvassing experience preferred
Compensation:
Base salary (not a draw)
Salary increases set based on set performance metrics – you determine how fast your salary increases
Monthly commission – residual structure and uncapped
Fast track bonuses
Achievement bonuses
Opportunity for quick advancement (shipping consultants should be on an ownership track within 5 to 7 years)
Successful 1st year shipping consultants can expect to make between $75,000 and $95,000Beyond that earnings increases can be exponential based on performanceThere is no cap on earnings.
