As an associate director analytics technology, you will enjoy exploring the digital technology and lead the team by implementing technology on the digital propertiesYou also enjoy bringing digital capabilities and features to life.
In this leadership role, you will provide your expertise on tagging, tag testing, and governanceYou would closely work with digital experience team and product owners, to understand the business requirements and translate them to technical specs for your developersYou will share your firsthand knowledge of coding and debugging using digital tools and debuggersYou will thoroughly test the features before pushing them to productionYou will lead prioritization of your track, and manage work across conflicting priorities and deadlinesYou will participate and lead technical proof of concepts and various martech integration efforts as needed.

Primary responsibilities:
Lead developers and testers, and educate them with development tools and processes as you build the team’s development capability
Navigate through very ambiguous and vague tech specs and requirementsShould be able to turn them into practical, implementable solutions
Negotiate timeline and delivery dates with other track leaders and product/ it managers
Understand how the business works in general and help the leaders with the technical debugging when issue arises
Develop trust with the internal stake holders and leaders through technical expertise
Develop and maintain ongoing project tracking of your track
Lead communication with senior audience in simple and non-technical manner
Support ab testing related development
Participate in annual planning for people, technology, and tools
Manage offshore and offsite team members
Test the features and development work, before and after going liveThis may require working at odd times on couple of occasions
Operate with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in digital implementation and analytics technology
5+ years of experience with adobe target, adobe analytics, java script, and observepoint
5+ years of experience leading or managing a team
5+ years of experience in debugging and testing
5+ years of experience in tech spec generation, creating standards, processes, and governance around development
1+ years of experience in building martech integration with invoca, salesforce, email solutions, dom, html/ css
Preferred qualifications:
Consulting experience
Self-starter and highly motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cross functional collaboration (preferably scrum environment)
