Primary responsibilities:
Triage ownership and process improvement:
Triage cases to appropriate teams to expedite member service
Triage audits (e.g., through our open cases once a day to ensure there are no cases past deadline or mistriaged)
Provide guidance to rrt leadership on improvements to expedite member service
Internal stakeholder management:
Engage in dialogue with members to better understand their issues and troubleshoot solutions
Serve as an “ask advisory” admin with frontline captain
Be mpoc for the firm anytime they have a question on a case or something of the sort
Support reporting/dashboard work (e.g., create a custom or filtered version of an existing report or dashboard created)
Solve member problems:
Own password reset and basic webhelp cases
Support clients with access, account, and advisory.com questions
Troubleshoot webinar registration and log-in issues
Help coordinate scheduling of expert calls to facilitate top-notch client experience
Learn and flex to content teams to help with client research questions during surge periods

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and/or 1+ year of work experience
Possess 2+ of the following:
Leadership experience
Customer service experience
Experience working in a team environment
Experience working in an office
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to work independently with little manager oversight
Ability to communicate by e-mail and phone with senior executives
Ability to problem solve
Attention to detail
Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities
Ability to successfully overcome challenges or obstacles
Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
