Primary responsibilities:
Lead process design and project implementation within an agile development team
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation and evaluation of automation opportunities
Solve complex problems and serve as a resource to others on your team
Find better, more efficient ways of doing things and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance analysis
2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlines
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in business, finance, health administration or related field
2+ years of experience with ms project, access, word, excel, powerpoint, sharepoint and visio
Health care industry experience
Team lead or project lead experience
Experience in sql
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
