This person manages eis reporting service management and customer experience to help drive continuous improvement efforts in alignment and direction provided by leadership and industry standardsThey will work closely with business teams to strategize solutions that support long term business objectivesThey will also play a collaborative role working closely with the eis data and analytics teams, gathering technical requirements for exceptional business intelligence management.

Primary responsibilities:
Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
Ensure it deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results
Successfully identifies, addresses, manages and/or escalates risks and issues within a project to the leader
Collaborate with qa team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes
In depth knowledge and experience of business/system analyst, application and servicesExperience in problem analysis, impact analysis, and working with client and qa team to understand requirements and testing strategy
Work with nps survey analysis and reporting for service performance scoring and improvementRecommend process and service improvements based upon customer feedback
Identify, define and recommend internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Monitor the existing metrics, analyze data, and lead partnership with other eis teams in an effort to identify and implement system and process improvements

Required qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in process improvement, workflow, and/or evaluation of business processes as required
3+ years of writing system requirements with an understanding of data gathering/analysis
Knowledge and experience with the agile methodology
Preferred qualifications:
Demonstrate solid interpersonal communication
Demonstrate solid oral and written communication skills (verbal & written) and analytical skills
Ability to plan and work independently in a fast paced environment
Ability to multitask and context-switch effectively between different projects
2+ years of agile methodology experience
Experience with rally, swiftkanban, or other agile work tracking tools
Servicenow, archer, sql, or tableau experience
