This position will support umr payment integrity programs offered by umr from a sales enablement and product management perspective with the customer solutions ancillary team working closely with umr operations.
The role is responsible for ensuring accurate workflows, auditing the solutions’ performance, answering rfp questions, assisting with the development of marketing materials, and fielding daily email inquiriesIn addition, this position manages the relationship between umr product, umr operations, vendors and client executives, to reduce customer issues and troubleshoot any problems that may occurThis position will also be responsible for providing back-up support for other ancillary solution products such as telemedicine, vision, dental, etc.

Primary responsibilities:
Respond to potential customer / broker inquiries made through the customer solutions ancillary mailbox.
Professionally respond to emails or calls from sales, account management, and customers who have product questions.
Review and research inquiries from sales, account management, customers and brokers by navigating multiple computer systems and platforms and verify the data/information necessary for processing
Apply strong problem-solving skills
Foster new relationships and nourish existing connections with business partners
Develop and maintain close relationships with umr operations and uhc pi team

Required qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience
3+ years of benefits or product experience and/or project management experience with demonstrated focus on problem solving within a matrix organization
Intermediate level proficiency in ms office (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
Preferred qualifications:
3+ years of experience working with clients, brokers and external parties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
Proven organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
Excellent problem-solving skills
