Primary responsibilities:
Collaborates with digital test leads, digital scrum team and project stakeholders to design end-to-end testing scenarios
Conducts relevant digital and/or cross functional/product analysis to determine the assigned digital capability test scope for each release
Define features and test scenario acceptance criteria
Creates and maintains digital end-to-end test scripts adhering to government programs digital standards and methodology
Proactively identifies test data and test date needs to support release test execution
Conducts acceptance testing and reports execution status

Required qualifications:
3+ years of business analysis and/or user acceptance testing experience
Experience with agile software development lifecycle
Experience with digital or software testing methodology, defect classifications, tracking and reporting tools (ca agile, jira)
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science
Accessibility testing experience
Digital products development and/or digital marketing experience
Work experience with health care or health insurance organizations
Proficiency with software defects reporting tools (ca agile, jira)
Familiar with
Persona-based testing
Testing automation
Ai driven testing
