Primary responsibilities:
In support of chief medical officer (cmo), define and build product capabilities and value delivery in the area of population health management
Build and realize strategies and vision by understanding and bringing visibility to the voice of the patient, government standards, and clinician journey at the highest levels of the organization to drive clinical outcomes
Define vision, strategy and roadmap to build a best in class, event driven, patient centric clinical surveillance system leveraging real time member clinical data and advanced analytics including ai/ml models (like cms raf score, cost bloomer, sdoh, propensity to engage), to analyze, interpret and synthesize patient clinical conditions and implication in prevention of an adverse outcome by generating relevant and timely alerts, situation appropriate interventions, detailed trends and other population-level and patient-level clinical insights
Lead strategic direction to build a low code/no code authoring tool with a design approach that will allow business and technology to collaborate in understanding their total populations better and hence building higher impact, relevant personalized programs, predictive and prescriptive interventions
Allowing to validate programs and interventions via a/b testing
In partnership with architects, define and implement strategies for building necessary infrastructure like data pipelines, tool and processes in place and adoption of clinical surveillance system by other micro products and applications so to wrap our care ecosystem around the patient
Overall product and solution ownership of development and management end to end for clinical surveillance, id strat/referral and program manager from establishing strategy, mobilizing, developing, partnering, implementing and managing the work and team
Participation in strategic direction determination and competitive market reconnaissance by gathering market insights and analyze competitive landscape through partnership with cmo, market research and/or direct participation in key activities; interprets and use the analyses to inform and recommend product strategy across the product lifecycle
Lead and participate in developing product strategies to support organization goal of configurability and reusability to go to market faster with reduced cost and enhance operational efficiencies
Own product holistically including working with marketing, sales and other functions and create or participate in go to market, growth strategy
Participate in financial management of the product, including securing funding for future functionality by creating or contributing to business cases
Leverage product management and agile product practices to deliver high value products
Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive presentations
Clearly communicate scope, timelines, and roadmaps to enable planning across multiple businesses
Drive the use of practices such as rapid prototyping and problem reframing to deliver continuous value
Direct, prioritize and manage the development backlog for multiple scrum teams
Lead a product center of practice in partnership with other product directors across oh & ect

Required qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
10+ years as product manager or owner, or business analyst
Experience working in agile development environment
Experience in healthcare technology and understanding of population health management concepts
