This position is responsible for the submission and entry of new and existing client benefit informationAnalysts in this role will submit client information into the database that provides customer service with the ability to provide accurate benefit information to clients and members; as well as other systems and processes that use the dataPartner within the team and business to understand customer benefit intent.

Purpose of job:
Accurately enter client pharmacy benefit data into the pharmacy client central repository (rxccr) system
Primary support of health plans
Accurately and timely utilize tools within the team to ensure accurate and timely load of benefit data into the pharmacy client central repository (rxccr) system
Review and respond to any error identification
Provide support to upstream and downstream partners for new and existing client benefit informationInternal partner’s include however, not limited to implementation and client management teams
Collaborate and communicate with peers and internal business partner’s as needed
Professional and thorough handling of assigned tasks including research, monitoring and tracking of assigned work
Meet establish team performance metrics
Primary responsibilities:
Perform analysts of source of truth document and output from user interface
Perform data entry to system
Research, review and make updates as needed for any identified issues
Utilize servicenow for work submissions and working individual work queue
Use procedures and resources to solve routine issues and conduct routine analysis
Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
Ability to work efficiently in multiple systems, including rxccr, rxclaim, user interface and servicenow
Build rapport with team and business partners
Meet established metrics
Work overtime during quarter 4 (or other times); as required/necessary

Required qualifications:
Hs diploma/ged
Data entry experience
Proficient using microsoft office excel and word
Experience working in a production environment
Experience meeting established quality and turn around time metrics
Experience and ability to work independently
Experience and ability to multi-task, utilizing organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work overtime
Preferred qualifications:
Rxccr knowledge or experience
Rxclaim knowledge or experience
Servicenow knowledge or experience
2+ years of pbm knowledge or experience
