Schedule is monday-friday standard business hoursNo nights, no weekends and no holidays.

Primary responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business
Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planningThey support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and modelsThey also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes*employees in jobs labeled with ?sca? must support a government service contract act (sca) agreement.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, health administration, related field or equivalent work experience
1+ year(s) of experience in data analysis including workforce planning
Intermediate level proficiency with ms excel and ms powerpoint
Ability to communicate trends and opportunities to the business both written and verbally
Ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
Preferred qualifications:
Intermediate level proficiency with ms access experience
Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
