Primary responsibilities:
Defines the product vision, strategy and roadmap
Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements
Acts as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs
Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met
Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise
Defines what to solve in the market needs document, where you articulate the valuable market problem you’re solving along with priorities and justification for each part of the solution
Runs beta and pilot programs during the qualify phase with almost final products and samplesIn agile environments, regularly reviews completed work and checks with customers to ensure that it meets the customer expectations
Is a market expertMarket expertise includes understanding the reasons customers use productsThis includes a deep understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and use your productProduct managers need market research and competitive analysis skills to complete these tasks
Acts as the product’s leader within the company
Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures
Develops positioning for the product
Run cost benefit / value analysis to suggest why to look for certain features over others
Work on prioritizing the features and product roadmap
Deliver documentation with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Work with external / internal third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Ability to mentor and work with multiple teams
Can handle multiple product`s management
Excellent teamwork skills
Excellent communications skills

Required qualifications-
12+ years of experience overall it exp
3+ years of experience as a product manager
3+ years working with senior leadership
2+ years of experience in a job in the technical product market
1+ years of experience in niche product for end-user / user facing services
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Agile development methodologies understanding
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
