This position is full-time (40 hours/week) monday - fridayEmployees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 8:00pmIt may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
*all telecommuters will be required to adhere to unitedhealth group’s telecommuter policy.
Primary responsibilities:
Respond to complex customer calls regarding the use, maintenance and repair of hearing aids
Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, ability to be flexible in daily assignments and a passion for assisting customers with their healthcare needs
Receive inbound calls regarding service and troubleshooting needed for customers with unitedhealthcare hearing aids.
Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Required qualifications:
High school diploma / ged (or higher)
1+ years of customer service experience within a call center environment
1+ years 7of data entry experience including analysis of information entered
Must be flexible to work any shift between 8:00am - 8:00pm cst monday-friday
Telecommuting requirements:
Reside within 120 miles from eden prairie, mn
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Must live in a location that can receive a unitedhealth group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
