Primary responsibilities:
Electronic proofreading of all english language marketing and member materials to ensure quality
Review corrections to materials and monitor resolutions of all content issues to ensure accuracy
Act as a team lead regarding campaign specifics
Responsible for quality of work for all team projects
Review all contents for spelling, grammar, punctuation and consistency within project deliverables and timeframes
Work with materials management to help verify compliance with client and brand objectives, requirements and standards including branding guidelines
Dials into kick-off and weekly status meetings
Other duties within the scope of the general description be assigned on occasion

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in english, journalism or related field
3+ years of relevant proofreading experience within direct mail, digital and web marketing
3+ years of experience with adobe acrobat professional, microsoft word and excel
Health insurance industry experience

Detail-oriented with solid multi-tasking abilities
