You`re empowered to do your best by supporting the omni channel experience teamThe senior business analyst will conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planningThey support short and long term operational / strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and modelsThey also develop and implement effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Primary responsibilities:
Assess and resolve complex business problems (technical, product, service, process, operations, organizational) that affect multiple functions / disciplines and / or customers (internal / external) and develop innovative solutions
Recognize gaps between current situation and desired outcome and utilize appropriate resources to obtain information, consider options and deliver the appropriate solution
Assist in the business process analysis to identify key business issues, gaps or needs
Evaluate and validate qualitative and quantitative information and develop recommendations
Business process design and documentation
Proven ability to independently organize, drive and manage complex and / or large initiatives
Analyze root cause issue, problem solve and provide key recommendations for process improvements
Contribute to the buy-in of proposed solutions from key operations, product and technology business partners
Manage issues, risks, project work and deliverables
Work across a matrix environment to engage appropriate internal and external partners to assure successful analysis, option determination and tactical execution
Proven ability to create and deliver leadership communications / presentations
Ability to synthesize information for various audiences

Required qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience as a business analyst
Intermediate skills in powerpoint and visio
Preferred qualifications:
Net promoter system certification
Healthcare experience
Lean or six sigma experience
Digital strategy and/or design
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with ability to balance multiple priorities
Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, actions and then implement flawlessly across organizational boundaries
