Primary responsibilities:
Responsible for providing research and root cause analysis for claim quality remediation
Perform capacity planning and reporting
Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance
Create and edit requirements, specifications, cost benefit analysis and recommendations to proposed solutions
Facilitate development of process documentation
Follow standard programming guidelines and requirements as set by team
Standard documentation and tracking processes
Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise

Required qualifications:
High school diploma / ged (or higher)
2 + years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting environment
3 + years in a technical or metrics based environment ; preferably claims and/or customer service
Moderate proficiency with computer and windows pc applications, which includes the ability to learn new complex computer system applications
Telecommuting requirements:
Reside within the state of louisiana
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Must live in a location that can receive a unitedhealth group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree (or higher)
2+ years of unet claim experience
1+ year of comet experience
2+ years of adjustment highly preferred
Macro development
Intermediate level of microsoft visio (create, edit, save and send presentations)
Microsoft sharepoint (development/creation) technical or metrics based environment ; preferably claims and/or customer service
Soft skills:
Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
