Assist us with research and development projects that cover a broad functional spectrum and may include a variety of components - business development, operations, pricing and bid strategy, m&a, due diligence, public policy, portfolio analysis and market and competitive intelligenceCollect and interpret research and analyses of markets, trends, competitors, products and services for use in our operational and strategic planning / decisionsYou will use your technical - modeling and research - skills to collaborate closely with senior project leads needed to diagnose business problems, develop custom analytic solutions and interact frequently with staff across business units to ensure that analysis requirements and data sets are well understoodYou must be self - directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issuesAs a key resource to others you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.
Primary responsibilities:
Create, generate, and distribute quarterly audit recovery and monthly fwa required reports based on client requirements to meet the performance guarantees
Will be the lead sme for any other client specific requests for standard and any ad hoc reports
Provide fwa compliance reporting
Responsible for generating various spike reports to monitor on a regular basis potential pharmacies that may require further desktop or onsite audits
Create and maintain all the new job aides that pertain to reporting and referral process for client
Update any required monthly metrics that needs to be input into the fwa database for dashboard and reporting
Responsible for research and development projects
Collect and interpret research and analyses of markets, trends, competitors, products and services for use in operational business planning / decisions and strategic planning / decisions
Generally work is self - directed and not prescribed
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource to others in the organization (including, sales support, account management network audit and recovery leadership)
May be called upon to work extended hours in order to meet client facing deliverables

Required qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or high school diploma or ged and equivalent experience
4+ years of experience performing research and development projects with responsibility for collecting and interpreting research and analyses of markets, trends, competitors, products and services for use in operational business planning / decisions and strategic planning / decisions
Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of data analysis tools (ms excel, access or other similar)
Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data in order to prepare analysis and / or recommendations to leadership

Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Licensed pharmacy technician
Healthcare industry experience
