We are searching for a tableau developer to join our experienced teamThis role primarily performs report development, requirements gathering, testing and maintenanceThe main report development tools are tableau, alteryx and sqlThis role may act as a reporting leadThe team develops and supports reporting and analytics for internal and external stakeholders.

Primary responsibilities:
Performs report development, requirements gathering, testing and maintenance
Primarily uses tableau, alteryx and sql
Interacts and communicates with developers, program team, external customers and other stakeholders to support delivery
Acts as reporting lead as needed
Proactively updates managers and teammates on status, next steps, recommendations and risks
Supports work to improve and standardize processes and technology
Completes other duties as needed

Required qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience with report development, specifically in tableau and sql
Experience with alteryx
Experience with requirements gathering and/or testing
United states citizenship
Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of department of defense equip form sf86
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in healthcare industry
Experience in a lead role
Experience with ssrs or other reporting tools
Experience with microsoft office suite (e.g., excel, visio, teams, powerpoint)
Solid communication, organization, collaboration, learning, adaptability and critical thinking skills
