Job summary
The inside sales representative will be responsible for calling leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth appointment setting processHe/she will follow our inside sales script, processes, and procedures to get our outside sales representatives out at the customer location to sell our productsTo be successful as an inside sales representative he/she should be able to build instant rapport and overcome objections to set a quality appointment.
Essential functions
· communicating with customers and making calls to leads by following uwd’s script.
· understanding customers` needs and identifying sales opportunities.
· answering potential customers` questions and properly setting appointment expectations.
· keeping up with product and service information and updates.
· creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
· explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
· staying informed about competing products and services.
· maintain a minimum of 50% on call time during work hours.
· stay in constant communication with team members and leadership using teams.
Position qualifications
Education
· high school diploma or equivalentBachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
Experience
0-2 years of customer service experience.
Previous experience in a call center or a related sales position preferred.
Remote experience preferred.
Additional requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in microsoft office and crm software.
Ability to develop relationships with customers.
Excellent phone calling skills and customer service skills.
