What type of work will you be doing? what assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
The senior director, talent discovery is responsible for leading our talent sourcing, channels, and market insightsYou will be a key member of our talent acquisition leadership team and will provide strategic direction to an organization of approximately 80+ recruiting professionals globallyYou are both creative and analyticalYou enjoy searching for and discovering great talent and can build valuable insights and compelling outreach efforts that captures the attention of candidates and gets them excited about vmwareYou are metrics-driven and able to build a culture of accountability with a strong sense of measurable performance outcomes and impactLastly, you will establish strong partnerships across talent acquisition and will collaborate with us to build high-quality, highly engaged, and diverse talent pipelines.
Provide strong leadership and support to a global team of recruiting professionals and managers
Assess and/or develop relevant talent acquisition tools, processes, technology, and methodologies that enable us to quickly discover, attract, engage, and assess industry-leading talent
Leveraging research tools to build market knowledge and insights used to identify passive talent
