The ww nsx security coe sales leader is responsible for leading a team of nsx security aes and ses specialists (10 directs and 24 in directs) to help the ww networking and security team (785 headcount in 47 countries) scale and accelerate the growth of the network security market.
Key responsibilities include:
Building the nsx security sales go to market plan to simplify the sales motion to accelerate bookings
Accountable for achieving vmware’s booking targets for nsx security product portfolio (understand forecast process and pipeline upside and downside risks)
Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with bu (pmm, pm, pnp, etc), finance, deal desk, legal sales operations, global support services, marketing, renewals, hr, race, acquisition team, etc.
