Success in the role: what are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
As a recruiter, your time will be spent partnering with our teams to uncover their business requirements and walking them through the fine art of interviewing and selection all while turning every rock to attract top diverse talent to join our company.

The work: what type of work will you be doing? what assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
Requisition intake, passive candidate generation/sourcing, candidate screening, interview facilitation, candidate & stakeholder management, and offer negotiations/closing candidates
Leverage market data and insights to help advise the business into making strategic hiring decisions
Partner with extended ta leadership and operations to execute on ta related projects, programs, and initiatives
What is the leadership like for this role? what is the structure and culture of the team like?
You will report directly to the manager of talent acquisition for the respective region/vertical you will support
You will be presented with opportunities to expand your leadership/people development capabilities through mentorship programs
