A day in the life
You will source, identify, screen, and engage passive candidates and work hand-in-hand with hiring managers while managing the full life cycle recruitment process.
You will be on front-line of engagement and communication with candidates in the highly competitive and niche space of medical communications.
You will craft messaging and be active within business networks to engage with talent and be the first connection for vaniam group.
You will ensure diversity in our outreach, recruitment, and hiring process.
You will build relationships with hiring managers and understand their business needsCompany.
You will partner with the internal team on projects or new initiatives to continue to support the growth of vaniam group.
Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role.
What you have
5+ years’ experience in a full life cycle recruitment function
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working closely with human resources and hiring managers to provide recruiting support and guidance
Excellent skills using linkedin recruiter and other resources to source passive candidates
Experience using applicant tracking systems, creating job descriptions, and following hiring processes
Ability to create, maintain, and grow a pipeline of candidates for hard-to-fill positions
What you might have, but isn’t required
Experience in the pharmaceuticahealthcare or medical communications industries
Certification in recruitment skills
