Our platform has found a strong market fit and our business is growing quicklyAs the vp of engineering, you’ll be leading the charge in helping veho grow and scale our engineering team from 15 to 150 engineers and partnering with our product team to deliver amazing products for our clients, customers, drivers, and internal teamsWe are reshaping the e-commerce landscape of the futureVeho`s mission is to revolutionize the world of package delivery while creating an exceptional and progressive environment for our team.
About you
You have a proven track record of hiring and leading high performance engineering teams of over 50 employees, ideally at a consumer product technology company
8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
You have developed a technical roadmap and have good project management skills
You are a strong performer with a notable track record in high-growth environments; you thrive in a high exposure role and are a natural problem solver
You are a proven collaborator and peer leader
You are action oriented and have a strong sense of practicality and effectiveness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allows you to influence other teams including our executive leadership, create clarity, and drive focus on complex problems
