Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for helping to define the next-generation user experiencesWorking closely with the ux leaders, you will work on collaborative design explorations that will influence the future state of ux for our solutions.
Participate in design brainstorming and ideation sessions with cross-disciplinary teams that result in breakthrough ux design innovations for veritas products and services
Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
Ability to quickly iterate, revise the designs based on frequent reviews
Collaborate closely with other designers, engineers, user researchers, info developers and product management to ensure product and service experiences that delight our customers.
Explore new concepts that allow us to better integrate our product and services, or otherwise combine features and services in ways that better solve our users’ most challenging information management problems
Make design recommendations grounded in customer insights based on test results, field research, usability sessions, etc
Compare and contrast various design solutions, taking technical and resource constraints into account.
Be a part of an active and supportive customer experience design community
Job qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Pune: bDes(visual communication/ industrial design/ ui/ux) from premier institutes preferably nid, idc, iits
Us: b .a./b.sIn human factors, cognitive psychology, computer science, engineering, industrial design, related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience designing complex software products
Knowledge and proficiencies in wire-framing, prototyping and creating mockups
Knowledgeable in web development technologies, including html5, css, responsive design
Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions
Enthusiasm, creativity and a desire to work with an innovative team
An interest in applying ux methodologies within the framework of agile development
Preferred:
Ability to create quick storyboards to illustrate early conceptual discussions/demos
Passion for creating customer experiences that resonate on an emotional level
Experience designing for complex, technical it environments with modern infrastructure and methods (cloud, hypervisors, machine learning, api`s, etc.)
Sense of humor is a plus!
