Vertical knowledge is looking for a srTechnical recruiter to help the company seek and acquire exceptional talent as we continue to expand our enterprise data and insight platforms and solutionsYou will work closely with hiring managers and senior management in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environmentReporting to the director of talent, you will be an integral partner in building relationships with candidates and being the face of the organization.
This position may be located in our office in northeast ohio or fully remote in the u.s.
Core responsibilities
Assist with developing and executing recruiting campaigns to attract passive candidates and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Creatively source for talent across all functional areas and levels of seniority using social media platforms, professional networking and employee referrals to drive full life cycle recruitment
Assist with screening and qualifying prospective candidates, scheduling interviews and follow up
Partner with hiring managers to understand ongoing and evolving team hiring needs and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate and hiring manager expectations
Adopt best practices and manage the candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from the moment a candidate first interacts with vk through offer extension and onboarding
Partner with internal cross-functional groups to facilitate hiring process
May assist and represent vk at on-campus recruiting or professional networking events
Other support duties, special projects as needed by the talent and human resources team
Required skills & experience
5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including the ability to source and attract passive candidates with niche specific technical experience
Experience using social media tools such as linkedin/twitter, crm/ats tools, niche specific job boards and networking with professional organizations
Strong focus on employee and candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity
Must be a team player, an active learner, self-starter and someone who thrives in an innovative and demanding environment
Aptitude in assessing intangible aspects of candidates accurately (candidate`s fit with the position and with the company culture)
Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and highly proficient with ms office suite and applicant tracking systems

Must be able to obtain/maintain and u.sDod top secret clearance (requires u.sCitizenship)
This position offers the flexibility to work in our northeast ohio office or remote in the us, with occasional travel to the office.
