Full job description
Qualifications required:
1-3 years implementing at least one of the following hcm solutions: core hr, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent and performance.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required
Experience implementing leading hcm solutions such as workday, sap, oracle, peoplesoft, adp, ultimate, or similar applications
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
Demonstrated client facing experience by partnering with customers to drive successful outcomes
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a larger team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Experience deploying multiple hcm projects simultaneously a plus
Strong organizational skills
Savvy with excel and other data manipulation tooline (i.eExcel, access databases etc.)
