Quality analyst / editor:
Victor 12 is hiring for a quality analyst / editor position to support an ongoing prime contract with the veterans benefits administration based in orlando, floridaThis position can be remote/work-from-home.
Job summary:
The quality analyst / editor will work closely with the program manager, generator support lead, and team to develop training materials, testing instruments, html pages, and 508-compliant pdf documents using livecycle or related tool from source documentsTheir duties include speaking with subject matter experts and training developers to determine material needs, implementing training materials into testing instruments, and performing quality control on products developed by the teamThe quality analyst / editor will review reports and provide analytics from training and testing events to assist the customer with determining [cb1] success of training events.
The quality analyst / editor will have the following responsibilities:
Learn and utilize custom-developed web applications to develop training case materials.
Use livecycle or related tool to create and modify 508-compliant pdf documents.
Develop html pages to simulate customer work products.
Interpret customer testing requirements to configure tests and surveys using custom web application.
Perform testing on custom applications to review and validate updates.
Minimum qualifications:
Associates degree and four years of experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Preference will be given for those with a working knowledge and experience in:
Test development
Html 5
In addition, this position will require the successful candidate to:
Communicate and collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and program managers.
Pass a background check and drug screen
Obtain a piv card to support our client, us citizen or permanent resident only
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Work remotely with excellent organization and communication skills.
